Cancelled order By hsn still charged
I attempted to order the Sunday Sept 26,HP computer Windows 11 special. This FlexPay order was canceled by HSN. I thought maybe I input something wrong so I reordered and it was again canceled by hsn. Then I remembered sometime ago I was informed that Capital One credit card I used does not allow FlexPay billing. I went ahead and reordered the laptop with a different MasterCard and just paid the full amount in one payment with no flex pay, it went through and I got an order confirmation. However for the two canceled laptops, my Capital One credit card was charged twice, $175 two times, for the first flex pay and tax. Who can I contact to make sure the two $175 charges on my Capital One card are reversed? This was the first confusing purchase I’ve ever had with HSN.

We’re so sorry for the confusing purchase, and that it’s taken us so long to reach out. Normally, pending charges for orders that are cancelled will drop off within 72 business hours. I see you did reach out some time ago, and those funds should be back in your account now. Please let us know if it still shows pending, and we’ll see what we can do to get that fixed.
