Cancelled flex pay refund

Good morning, @gamesaway. I see a refund for the BeautyBio R45 The Reversal Retinol Booster & The Beholder was issued to your store credit (Kash).

Why does it take so long for refund to be credited? I received notification that my acct was credited on the 23rd of March and on the 29th it still has not been credited.

Hi @jojowray8, when you placed the order we only authorized the funds on your account. When the order was canceled we released our request for the funds and your account was never charged. Generally it can take up to 72 business hours for this to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank.
