Canceled
I placed an order and the money was taken out my account already for two payments. But then it was cancelled by hsn. So will you be sending my money back? That’s not cool at all!!!!

@uniqu3soul I’m sorry to hear that your order was canceled. When you place an order we authorize the funds with your bank, but we do not actually take them. If the order is canceled, we then notify the bank we no longer need those funds and they release them. It is all an automatic system that generally takes most banks 72 business hours. Please know that just because flexpay was denied for this order it doesn’t mean you won’t be eligible for future orders.
