Canceled order, did not recive refund
I canceled my order, and did get my money back at first only for it to be withdrawn again. The fact that my money was taken twice in one transaction is an issue, and if not remidied I will be prosecuting.

@nicoj, sorry to hear your orders weren’t able to be processed. I do show that reverse authorizations have been sent to your financial institution to let them know we won’t be collecting the funds for the orders. You should see the holds fall off your card within the next 3 business days.
