Address Blocked

I don’t understand why I am being punished for someone else’s mistakes and now my address which I’ve lived at now for less than a year is blocked from ordering anything because a prior resident. I can’t even order anything full price, let alone flex pay, why Block an address at all when the culprit no longer lives there. If my credit card matches my current address why are you blocking a full purchase. It makes no sense its annoying and unfair to the consumer. How can this block be removed so I can start making orders?

I just got off a call with customer service and I was hung up on. I’m trying to order an item for myself but due to someone else mistake, I can’t do that. This didn’t happen before when I first order (and it was a full payment as well) please fix this issue, it’s not fair to me whatsoever.
