I was charged twice once :(
I was charged the whole entire amount when I was just trying to do flex pay. Then I was charged the flex pay amount. I cancelled the order so I hope all of those charges y’all left me be refunded ASAP!
Also has anyone been refunded with their orders? I’m sooo skeptical of this company now. I will never buy from this company again.

Sometimes glitches happen. If you cancelled an order, you won’t be charged. It may show pending but it will eventually just drop off. Getting refunds are usually not an issue but if something doesn’t get refunded for some reason, customer service has always been helpful when needed and any issues have always been resolved within a reasonable amount of time. Hope this helps.

I don’t think they take the money straightaway. I think it’s more putting a hold on it until they are ready to ship the item, but I’ve only used paypal to pay. If you cancel the order, I don’t think they take any money at all and that that hold drops off one’s bank account pretty quickly. Customer service has been pretty quick to resolve any issues I’ve had n case you have any. When I used to buy craft items on the $5 shipping craft days, they always used to charge me, or look like they were charging me, full price, but at the end of the day the prices would update to what they were supposed to be. Very confusing, and I don’t agree with that way of doing things, but it all worked out at the end of that day.

I keep very tight control records on all my orders. I log every order I make. Everything is verified on arrival for all charges and contents as well as records I keep of tracking. Only one company has bad accounting-QVC. They have cancelled orders due to inability to fulfill due to lack of inventory (intentional overselling?) then failed to cancel charges to my credit card which appeared a month latter on my credit card statement (charging card before shipment never sent). They send the wrong item (poor warehouse/fulfillment center control) and of course there are the infamous shipping charges both coming and going (simple greed). Their shipping invoicing is ridiculous (multiple items lumped together as one item, inky smears, type overs, lack of return labels). Nasty customer service. In comparison, HSN is preferable in all ways. Are they perfect? Of course not, but just much less likely to make these mistakes because their system is better designed and more honest. HSN’s invoices are a joy for an accounting obsessive like me. Here is the question. Is HSN being QVCed?
