Craft day, what happened to free shipping on craft day???

I don’t remember free shipping on craft day, but the $5 capped craft day shipping was cancelled just hours before March craft day and they haven’t had it since. However, they have free shipping on everything from time to time. They just had free shipping on everything yesterday (Saturday) and the day before that.
