$5 shipping?

What happened to $5 all-day shipping on crafts? Did QVC cancel it? If so, they are going to lose a lot of sales. I just cleared my shopping cart to only two items.

I bought two items with $3.50 shipping and deleted the rest of my cart. I turned off the TV and won’t be doing anymore shopping. I usually spend a lot on craft day. Whoever made this decision isn’t smart.

They act like Flex pay is a big deal. It isn’t, especially when it used to be standard when HSN was a great place to shop.

I just called customer service and there is no shipping deal. I emptied everything…over 500 worth of product from my cart. I am not paying 3-5 bucks to ship each item when so many of the accessories are less than 10. I don’t want the machine if I cannot get the products to use with it. This was a bad business decision. No one is going to pay that kind of shipping it takes to ship all day.

I agree. Who cares about 5 or more flex pay when paying full price shipping?? I also deleted my cart and it had a lot of items. Not sure if I’ll even buy one item today.

I sent them an e-mail voicing how unhappy I was about this. I only bought the Cricut Joy since it is perfect for my needs and I don’t own any other machine like this. Also, shipping was $5.00. I was going to buy alot of the other packages for this, but not now. It would have been $100.00 in shipping when they usually send the whole order in one box.

  I usually spend far too much money on craft days, hundreds of dollars, and I’d had my long shopping !ist planned until I saw that there was no $5 shipping. There is no chance that I’m going to pay $3.50 to $5.50 per item in shipping. I’m not going to buy anything from hsn. I know where I’ll be able to get most if not all of the items for the same price or usually cheaper, even if I have to wait for awhile, and also not have to pay sales tax or shipping on them. They act like flexpay is a big deal, but it isn’t to me because I never use it. I hope hsn find that doing away with the $5 shipping costs them a lot more money in lost sales than they thought they would save by doing this.
