Charges appearing…..
This is the second time this has happened. I ordered one thing/one item, they shipped the item I ordered, in addition to another item I didn’t order causing me to have to ship it back and they charge me for the return shipping.
Watch HSN! They think they’re slick!

All you have to do is tell them what happened and ask them for a refund, they’ve been pretty good about that sort of thing in my experience, or would you just rather complain about how awful they are?
