Charge pending on cancelled order
I cancelled an order yesterday and the pending charge is still there. I need my money because I have other appointments. My bank said it’s not their place for releasing the funds. Can you please remove the hold you have on my 400 bucks please. You take the money automatically when the purchase is made but can’t refund or remove the hold immediately when it’s cancelled?

Hi @mone321, I have sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization on your account. The time frame as to when the funds become available is dependent upon their release of funds policy. I would recommend contacting them for more information.

You need to post this under the Customer Service, if you want a HSN rep to assist you. Us customers can only let you know if we have a similar experience or what we did to work-the-problem.

Sanibel gave excellent advice. However, there is one more way to contact customer service and that is through Chat. Under orders, use the number to the left of the order which will bring you to your purchase. If you scroll down a bit, you will see the chat and all you need to do is click on chat. Having your order number handy will help the rep find your original order and will help from that point on.
For your info, it is sometimes faster to use a credit card rather than a debit one with the bank. If there are problems or questions you can always contact customer service (credit card) with your question.
