I ordered hp 2 pack laptops November 29th it’s now December 5th . My order was canceled by hsn they took 270 dollars out of my account and have held my money for 6 days without returning !!! The policy should be if I take in seconds then it’s returned in seconds !!!!! I never even finished the checkout procedure before they took the money out of my account !!!! This is like stealing , the order never shipped how can they steal money like this and hold it hostage!!! Shame on you HSN !!!! I was buying for a Christmas present and only could afford to spend 100 dollars they drained my account of every last cent Ann’s don’t give a about replacing it !! Never will I shop here again at least Amazon doesn’t Take money before it’s shipped !!!

I have learned that it takes a few days for it to drop off. It should drop off within a few days.

@cindy1935 I would start a PayPal dispute immediately because IMHO, HSN cannot be trusted! My dad ordered me a pair of winter boots that I tried to exchange for another color. HSN sent me boots that were very obviously USED/previously returned and then refused to replace them stating there is only one exchange per order allowed (further adding it does not matter if the wrong color or item is received or not received at all), which is not disclosed anywhere and they claim it is built into their system so nobody can override it. So please, either call or go online and get a dispute started right away! I do not know if there is messaging on here because I am new to the community, but I am very familiar with PayPal and can help you if you would like 🙂 IF you even see this since they (HSN) have a thing for deleting my posted replies *eye roll*

Order was cancelled by hsn but they still holding money. I may have to open a dispute with PayPal. I took screenshots of everything ready for that scenario if need be. I blocked further deduction from coming out of PayPal account I suggest every one having this issue to do the same.
