I was denied for flex pay and you charged my account twice once for the amount of 63.52 and then another charge for 33.55 and items were cancled I did not know that even though I wasn’t approved for flex pay you would still charge my account I need that money in my account to use this week why would you prossess and charge money if we aren’t apporved for flex pay?

I really am sorry to hear that your order was canceled @casterma. Any time an order is submitted, an authorization automatically sent to the card used. I checked to see if I was able to send a request to release the authorization but see that our system already had sent one already to your financial institution. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution.

@hsn_melitza- My problem has already been taken care of. I just wanted to let casterma know that this is a frequent happening. But since you’ve replied to me, I have a question. How will I know if I am qualified for flexpay on a future order? I don’t want to go through that same runaround again.

I’m sorry your orders did not qualify for FlexPay @grammajeean-
I’ve sent an electronic request to have the authorizations on your account released. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institutions release of funds policy.
Please know that this does NOT mean future orders will not qualify for FlexPay.

I went through the same stuff this week. Since I got on here to complain, I have seen more and more, and even MORE of these same complaints. I posted a super long b*#+h about it too. I was lucky. I was told that I myself had canceled my order and that my funds would be back in my account in about 3 days. It turns out that the funds were never taken out. I thought my account had been hacked when I got the message that I had canceled my order. I’m just really surprised at the customer service being so bad. HSN has been around for a long long time. I was expecting better. I’m still an HSN shopper, but I definitely have let them know that I am not a HAPPY shopper. I post about my experience frequently, hoping that HSN will take a look at their policies and fix them up a bit.
