I was denied flex pay, I want my money.
9 days later I’m still waiting. My bank said you have to release it. I can’t even file a charge back until the 18th or until it clears. I see this issue all over the forum, very dishonest. I have run a business in the past I would have lost my payment processor and merchant account long ago.

I really am sorry to see that your order was canceled @invalidcookie. I took a look at the authorization and attempted to do an electronic release of funds request on our end. Since the authorization has expired in our system, we’re unable to send an electronic request to your financial institution.
