Customer service please share with buyers

I love the value of Tracfones and have used them for many many years. However I would really like a Tracfone that has better sound volume than the Samsung A16 A17 with a better screen and keyboard is terrible, I often get typos, auto correct, etc.

I’ve always had hearing problems and getting older not easy. I know I am not unique with these issues.

I think when offering a package deal with a Tracfone for the general masses, offer an upsell, with a better Tracfone, with better volume, keyboard, screen not a big clunky out of date phone. A phone that gets more updates than the one or two updates and then there are no more security updates – not very green.

So would be nice to have the option to buy a better quality phone – with better speakers/volume, better/more accurate keyboard, better screen quality and the phone having security updates for the next 4 to 6 years.
