Never Again
I usually don’t order from HSN but saw what looked liked cute capris that I could use for a trip. Order came faster than I thought but the pants were nothing like what I saw on tv. The fit was way off even tho I followed the size chart. I went online to warn other potential buyers but it would not let me post a review. I was also unaware that the return fee was so expensive. I won’t be ordering again.

I’ve done my best to make this right for you, so you should see a refund to your payment method for part of the return fees that will reflect within 72 business hours. The high cost of returns has been mentioned several times on this forum. I’m not sure what’s going on with HSN, but $20 is outrageous.

I too will NEVER AGAIN order from HSN. I unfortunately ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Original order total for both was $97.94. I used the quick return label because it made it seem the returns would be around $7.50. They were shipped in one box and returned in the same box. I just had an email this morning that my account was credited for $76.99. I cannot believe I lost $20.99 JUST TO TRY ON TWO PAIR OF SHOES THAT WERE UNCOMFORTABLE. This is utter nonsense and why HSN (and QVC) have lost me and many others as customers. I will stick to brick-and-mortar stores, online stores with free shipping and returns or Amazon for my shopping needs. Amazon returns ARE FREE AND CONVENIENT. My account gets credited the same or next day. BYE BYE

if there are some items that you know that are available at a brick and mortar, it might be a good idea to get a template on some articles that you might be interested in…and of course if you are able to get to a store. my girlfriend does this for her scrubs when the hospital is willing to spring for their uniforms. after you are comfortable, it makes it easier to shop from home. I know not everything online is available at a physical store but it’s worth a try when you find something that you really like.
