I'm done with looking like an old lady

Lately I have been investigating how not to look old and frumpy. I have realized that I have spent so much money on clothing that makes me look older here at HSN. This week I got rid of bags and bags of clothing that I thought were up to date yet were actually aging me. I am becoming smarter with my purchases and investing in quality and more sophisticated pieces. I ask myself would Jackie Kennedy or princess Grace be wearing these fabrics or outlandish prints? I suppose I am dating myself, however, choose someone that you think oozes class and style for yourself. I am done with all the synthetic fibers, outrageous patterns and costly outdated clothes that are offered here.

LOLOL. I hadn’t thought about it but I find I am on HSN looking for clothes for my mother to give to her for her 94th birthday. That being said I am agreeing with you.

My sentiments exactly! Not all, but most of the clothes are frumpy. Polyester is polyester no matter what you call it. So like you I am over this stuff…….and don’t even get me started on the beauty products being hawked by the plastic surgery group.

You’re post made me laugh, thank you I needed that tonight 😉 I honestly was just thinking”I’ve got old on HSN. LOL , I know better to order clothes here nothing looks nice on me with the exception of jeans from time to time, I’ve had some luck. Everything else just doesn’t fit. Lol ( I have several tops and sweaters I’ve returned to size down and they’re still in the plastic bags . .. I know don’t tell the Mr. Haha had alotta’ fun on HSN, but I haven’t to slow it down too way down . 🤪Thanx again for the laugh, Happy safe 4th to ya!
