We conducted a search on social media and found several negative reviews related to HSN. These reviews may indicate issues with the company’s products, services, or customer support. It is important to thoroughly research the company and its offerings before making any purchases to avoid any potential risks.
Our Verdict: HSN is highly recommended company, but beware of poor customer service. Their 16% Resolve Complaints rating is a cause for concern. We advise using their services securely and reviewing complaints beforehand. I will keep complaining every way I can!!

    Since I can’t post a new topic, I will tell you that something is not right with HSN. How I had a zero flex pay balance & my HSN card had me owing around $1500.00 at the same time is beyond me. I have never received a real answer other than the fact if you change your payment method HSN does not notify Synchrony band your HSN cc. Some help would have been nice! I have paid an expensive price for a lesson I won’t forget. I paid because I have a very high credit score. If I didn’t, I would never have paid Synchrony. It’s like no one really looked at it. I will deal with it after Labor Day.
