Curtis Stone Durapans

Why can’t the cooks and chefs on these programs manufacture their products in the USA instead of China? We need the jobs and profits here.

Vitamix builds and manufactures all of its products in Cleveland Ohio! Enough said..

I do like the durapans, but for some reason I always seem to gravitate to stainless steel. It may be harder to clean, but it is more durable.

Nothing lasts a long time like when we were growing up. Stuff is just not made like that any longer. The finishes do start to come off with repeated use. That is the problem with this type of cookware and I also love his cookware. Curtis does a great job selling all by himself. He talks a lot himself and then you add one of the hosts says “Chef” all the time with her questions. Like we don’t know he is a chef. I watch a few minutes and then turn him off now – but this is true for almost everything they are selling. Too much high pressure selling to get us to buy this immediately or get two for gifts or because when they are gone they are gone forever. I think if we are not enjoying watching the host and the product, just go on to something else.

I agree, I have many of his products. Many of mine need to go cause they no longer “slide out”. Waste of money.

As a rule, I do not watch shopping channels and now I know why. Absolutely luv Curtis Stonye, the chef and tuned into HSN, BUT those sidekick women need to go away. OMG, he is more than capable of cooking. Narrating, describing, selling etc. Those women don’t even breathe!! Just never .
Sorry, they take away from the show. They just rattle on like magpies.
