Canceled Order and double charged
i was charged for an order that was canceled and upon transactions, I see a double charge. I am requesting a release of my funds from 1st order that was canceled and to reimburse the double charge of my 2nd order.

Hi @oli8, I took a look and don’t see where there are two charges for this order. I did send an authorization reversal for the $77.34 that I do see. The time frame as to the funds becoming available will be dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds process.
