Hi OODIEBOM, how are you? It generally backs up near Disney and then again before 417. But this time must of been an accident or just to many cars on the road😂🤣. Then its bumper to bumper coming back in the afternoon. It’s a three day weekend people must of be going on trips into and out of the area.
