Hello gorgeous, wonderful on the results of your labs and physical👏👏👏👏👏sending you a Brazilian hug of congratulations 🫂.
Best of luck on getting a new microwave, I hope you find yourself a good one.
We don’t have the best, it was placed by the builder, its not the top brand either. I don’t use it much, mostly in the mornings to heat my milk for coffee. Hubby makes his popcorn daily in it. And sometimes heats something in it.The two bunnies are in the backyard as I write this. Just came from outside, feeding them lettuce and strawberries.
Congratulations again 👏 💖 Sheba on a wonderful result 👏
Take care Sheba ❤️❤️ 🌹🌹

Hello Sheba, another hot day, humidity 90 percent. It’s hard to do anything outside.
Even with the heat outside, I made some bread. Just three small French breads 🥖.
Having a salad and tuna for dinner.Take care Sheba 🌹

Hello Sheba, was up very early today. Caught two bunnies running across the street into the front yard. They stayed there as the Sun came up. One sat facing the front door, I wondered if he/she thought I was going to open the door and throw some strawberries out to them.
Then tried to go back to sleep, but the grass cutting crew started cutting and making lots of noise.
Made veggies and shrimp for dinner, hubby was pleased.
I am glad all went well for your labs, in and out. I am praying for great results, and I am sure it will be.

Hello on this Sunday afternoon. Wow it’s hot, we have been having heat advisory for a few days now. Temperature of 97 and it feels like 106 today.
Late yesterday I saw a bunny on the front yard camera. Took two strawberries and two leafs of lettuce. He was quite afraid of me, ran around away from me. He enjoyed the strawberries but left the lettuce alone. After the Sun went down, someone in the community had fireworks scaring him and the pets in the community.
Sheba, best of luck tomorrow on your labs, I am sure you will do well.

Hi, how are you and your husband doing?
Thanks for all the suggestions. Many of the items you listed hubby uses, he is diabetic, type two.
As for me, I don’t care for almond milk, or baked goods with almond flour. It’s dry and to crumbling. Also almond flour has lots of fat. Hubby makes his cookies with almond flour, chickpea flour etc. Lately he has tried making bagels with cottage cheese. A recipe he saw on YouTube.
I am eating fats in moderation, cutting my fat intake by 15 percent daily. And staying away from things that is packaged and processed. But I still make my bread. I think it’s better than store bread that has a ton of chemicals and preservatives.
I generally eat lots of vegetables and fruits. No juice, no sodas, no alcohol and don’t smoke.
But lately I have the cravings for beef, when I generally eat mostly chicken and some seafood.
Take care Oodiebom.
