@ OODIEBOM, Thanks, yes they do take a while. I am at the stage of being some purple with some yellow and I have a brace on. All will be back to normal soon.

Well got the Jacksonville house sold. Celebrated our 33rd anniversary but on that same day I fell and damaged my hand, wrist, and arm. A large chair with wheels ran off from under me and I fell backwards and landed to the right of me bracing my right arm so not to harm my right hip.

Glad there was no damaged to my hip and that I didn’t brake my arm.

It’s better now, I can do some work around the house and I can type. Getting old and things don’t heal fast enough anymore.
