WOW…..I don’t know why all the ugliness with the comments. I was just posting a comment about crocheting and knitting. My grandmother called crocheting “knitting” She was from another country. I sure don’t see why there was such negativity with my post. I guess someone could be wrong, You could have made a post that maybe just maybe I was wrong with my information. Also I’m not a youngster…….Im in my 70’s. I don’t think my post was “CONDESCENDING OR DISRESPECTFUL. It was just a comment.

In some countries……..crocheting is known as “Knitting.” Hope this helps. On YouTube you will find some of the “crocheting” videos will state “knitting.”

When I return ANYTHING to HSN or QVC I take it to the Post Office and get a return tracking number receipt. I wait two weeks and Chat Live with Customer Service. I give them the Tracking Number telling the package was received. I get my credit right away. Otherwise they never credit my return,

I got the new eye cream set with the moisturizer and the new night cream moisturizer. It is so so hard to get the inner lid off. I hope that they change this. The little tab on the inner lid is really hard to grab to lift off. Also why such a complicated delivery system for the eye serums. Please Dimitri change these systems. Other wise I love your products.

I have been using the Customer Live Chat feature and it’s really nice. I always get my problem solve thru this feature.

Yes……I think they are pretty much the same. I have both. Anna’s machines are a little more compact (smaller).

What does some products coming from China have to do with it. As always some crafting products have always come from China. It’s about their marketing tactics and making a profit. Just like at Midnight “hurry and purchase” because they only have so many of the TS. Then they for some reason find MORE! SAD VERY SAD! I think we crafters are learning……Today they still have the TS offer in stock!

They give you $3.00 off the product and then charge you $5.50 for shipping & handling………SUCH A DEAL! I don’t think so. I loved spending 24 hrs watching Craft Day and I always bought amazing crafting items. But yesterday was a complete disaster………..
