I see lots of models who are not over weight. I have had good luck with the items I have ordered and will continue to be an HSN customer.

I ended up ordering a size up, from my usual size 8 to a 10, and it was still too tight. It is a different fabric and it doesn’t stretch hardly at all, so it is so tight, in waist, hips and legs. I returned it, costing 7.95, just to try on a jean that was described as having stretch, and am afraid to try another size since it is cut and fits so small. I went by the size chart also.

I also returned the Denise Austin sneakers, the ones that were the Today’s Special. I did not like the way they went on your foot, it was like a closed shoe with no stretch. I had not noticed that at all in the presentation, otherwise I would not have ordered it. It is a shame to pay that much and get it home and pay to return it. I will have to stop ordering any kind of shoes, I have not had good luck with them!

I have gone first to my orders, then locate the order I want to return. It should say on the side boxes, RETURN and I click on that. It should go down and give you the option to print out a label, then use that to return. I wish they would just include it with the order like in the past, though.( My printer is old and not that good!) I hope this may help someone who is trying to find the label.

Today is October 14, it has been 6 days since it was in NJ. I still have no refund and no way of tracking my return. Has it been received by the warehouse yet? Still waiting and would like some more help, please.

Now it has been cancelled, what a disappointment!

Thank you for checking on this order. I just looked and I saw that it still has not been mailed out. It should have been scheduled for delivery tomorrow, but that can’t happen. I had ordered it thinking it would have been delivered for a May 7th birthday. Is there something wrong ?

Well, I want to amend my statement, it looks like they are restocked and lots of items back now!!! Yay, I love their products.

I noticed that too, looks like almost nothing left, and a lot are sold out. I am thinking that they must be leaving, by the looks of it?
