Hi, maybe you would like SKINN Neck Armour – I have past the point of no return, but I have 2 jars of Prai (the old batch) that doesn’t pill. I also got the neck armour and although it has rave reviews, I am 81 and don’t expect miracles.

Good luck, so very sorry about your Prai – I would definitely contact customer service and tell them, they are usually quite good about allowing returns if the product is defective – I would also ask them to waive the return shipping.
