There are no reviews, so I came here to see what y’all thought of it. I ordered it & guess I will have to live with what I receive. (Return is too expensive).
I hope it cleans as well as Professor Amos Shock It Clean. Otherwise, what another disappointment.

Re the new Secure bars – I can’t use products with Soy – I have not heard Andrew address this issue when I’ve listened to his presentation. I use about 30 of his vitamins, but sure would have liked to try the bars.

Update – I usually get a better deal shipping a return “my way” – not with this Guilanna sweater! I paid $14.95 to ship it back – my fault, should have used the HSN $7.95 fee – I will forever more be very careful & probably not purchase clothes again.
I was already at the Post Office & would have had to go home & repackage with new label, etc.

I placed an order yesterday and today it is 10% off the pre-sale price. This is poor customer service and not a fair policy. I can’t cancel & reorder with the additional 10% off.
Why (besides Marketing ploy) would they do this to 40 year customers?
This is the second time this month I have received an announcement of the presale of an item and after I’ve ordered it had additional % offer.

I would call C/S and request one, or explain what you want and they will make it happen.
They have been very accomodating in such situations when I have asked for assistance. I hope they will be for you too!

It would seem she is very anxious to say whatever is being said in her ear – she seems rude to the vendor who is there to do her job & gets interupted frequently. It was very obvious today, so yes, I mute the sound..

Maybe you can get customer service to help you like the did for me. They applied the 10% and will refund the difference.

I spoke to Angie in Cutomer Service who in less than 2 minutes applied the 10% discount to my order & it will be refunded to the original payment method.
My faith has been restored & I can say for my part, HSN has a fantastic customer service.

@I amshortDiva – you may have misunderstood me – I have been an Andrew customer for over 40 years. I appreciate his specials and I also appreciate all you do with reference to posting his Specials. But it is not good business for HSN to email me with a presale special which I buy and the next day send another email telling me I can take another 10% off the same item I had purchased.
I’m more than aware that prices go up & down – However, that is NOT the case in this instance, it is more like “bait & switch”.

@mndreamer – that has been my experience with C/S – they have always found a solution to my satisfaction.
I’m glad your foundation issue was resolved! Sorry about the burning face though.
