I’m just a HSN customer, but wanted to say I’m sorry you have been put in this situation. I totally agree with your comment and understand your request for help. I know there has been a lot of shipping issues, but they shouldn’t oversell items that are are not in stock or can’t be delivered in a timely manner. I’ve taken care of family members and been in your same situation. It is challenging at best, there is a lot of planning to take care of a loved one and things like this should not have happened and been added to your worry and concern. I hope you can get the chair you ordered for your Dad quickly and this can be resolved very soon. If there was an issue on delivery address or the order, this should have shown up when you first placed the order, maybe in a quick paragraph or something on the order screen. Everyone can’t be constantly checking their emails, and taking care of loved ones is a full time job and to live 500 miles away, even more difficult. I hope this works out for you and your Dad and again sorry you’ve had to go thru this.

I hope they honor all our First Responders too and all our Military by special coupon days like some of the other very important professions. They definitely deserve some special recognition and some savings on their HSN purchases. I’m sure they would greatly appreciate the thoughtfulness.

The Korres products are wonderful. I would probably start with the Olive line in the scent Golden Apple. It has such a fresh, clean scent. The yogurt scent is a good one that is mild and especially good for drier skin. I haven’t seen that one for sale in some time, so I don’t know if it will be available later on, but it is a great one also. I have given a lot of Korres products as gifts and used myself. I think you will really enjoy using them and see the improvement in your skin.

These bulbs are awesome!! I sent one to my sister also and she sends me pictures. It flowers and flowers and she has so enjoyed watching it’s growth and the color in winter time. I got the red. I will definitely order again. I think you will be very happy with it. Great idea project for anyone with children or grandchildren to watch the buds turn into flowers and just the progression day to day. Like the best science/nature project ever.

Wow, they should be able to handle two gifts cards easily! I would be very disappointed about that too. Maybe that Supervisor needs to call in her Supervisor for assistance in helping you with your purchase. Amazon definitely can process more than one gift card at a time when you order thru them.
Maybe call back tomorrow and see if you get someone different that has more experience. The Bose Sound System you want is extra nice so I hope they can help you while it’s back on sale and you can use your gift cards. I’m sure many people got HSN gift cards for Christmas so they need to get this figured out Pronto. Good Luck on this.

I didn’t see the body butter but there is the Sea Lavender body firming serum spray, item 711-926. I have tried their sprays and they are very good. Maybe this would help until Korres has the Sea Lavender body butter back in since the spray would be the same scent.

The HSN standard return policy of 30 days to return still applies. When you add an “As Is” item to your bag, a paragraph comes up and gives information on policy of “as is” items. You see this before you get to checkout and purchase page. I hope this helps and Customer Service may can give you additional information.

I think they are referring to neighbor to neighbor as saying a good word for their products and how good they have worked for them. It’s like word-of-mouth or a referral that you would try to get when choosing home/repair company, even physicians and things like that or reading reviews before you purchase something. I enjoying watching them, seeing their kindness and positivity. I so appreciate them making products in the U.S.A and employing so many local people, artisans and helping their town thrive and grow. They are so thoughtful and encouraging to the neighbors calling in. I use so mary of their products and keep a supply for gift giving or just a fun surprise to brighten someone’s day. So, guess Beekman 1802 has spread thru out my entire neighborhood because of all the shares and giving neighbor to neighbor.

Thank you Karen and Sheba for your response. I called Pro Labs and they said, the organic sulfur was not the same as the shulfur drugs and should not cause any bad effects or allergic reaction. I placed an order Sunday evening. It was very helpful to hear from someone that has taken this supplement and has the same issue I have and have not experienced any bad reactions.

I’ve been wondering the same thing for quite a while, especially when you see all the other brands feature their spring collections. I have so many items from the Lemon Way line and they all are very nice, with unique style details, fit great and at a reasonable price. They are all great quality too and launder well. I would be more than disappointed if they eliminated the Lemon Way line. I would seriously wonder Why too?

I also have the Golden Passion Fruit and like it a lot with its tropical scent of coconut and pineapple.
This spray is so nice to get on your back especially where it’s harder to reach, as well as all over. It absorbs so quickly and your skin is moisturized and soft. Korres just makes wonderful products and I feel they will be replenishing several of their items over the next few months. I give a lot for gifts and everyone appreciates them.

I have the turquoise too. It is a lovely, happy color. It goes with a lot of other decor also.
