I didn’t know what was going on. I had an email receipt with no shipping charged, but my HSN account did. That was confusing, to say the least.

Yeah, I got tired of putting decor up only to take it down in a few weeks. So a candy cane ceramic tree can stay up from the day after Thanksgiving to the last day in February. I just have to change out the star on top for a heart for that piece. With a couple of theme change outs, I’m all done on the dining table!
I also can use it for the 4th of July… just add a blue star.
I have minimalistic modes for seasonal decor. Memorial Day thru Labor Day can be red, white, and blue. After Labor Day to Nov 1 is Fall/Halloween. Nov 1 to the day after Thanksgiving is Fall/Thanksgiving. So Fall remains the same, I just change out key themes of Halloween to Thanksgiving. Then I move to Yule/Xmas thru the end of Feb with Valentine’s.
I just decorate the dining table, which is where my front door is. I changed out the living room to the builder’s family room/dining area. So, I don’t have too much upkeep then. The dining room now has a fireplace, and I eat at the kitchen’s dining nook/bar. My house looks festive all year long, but I only decorate one room, seen from the front door.
Time management is so priceless!
That also means I have very little to put away in storage. No more big boxes or tubs in the garage. Everything fits within my cabinets now. So much easier for this old lady!

HSN Customer Service has been absent for most customer needs. I too have tried to contact them via this community avenue, but to no avail. I believe it is time to contact HSN management to get more support for this function.

In the last couple of weeks, I have written two requests in this forum for Customer Service and have not had any feedback from HSN. Is there an issue with customer care that we as customers should know about?

I purchase a lot of clearance items like Jay King b/c I am a huge geology person and supplements b/c of my ill health. I did buy Haus Warming items but HSN has not replenished that brand.
At any time, @jadiva you can adopt me and/or leave me all your stuff 😉
Joking aside, I buy what I can budget for. Believe me, on a fixed income, Flex Pays are very helpful. The shipping is a hindrance in some cases, but I like the free shipping days to get some wants thrown in with the needs.
It appears that HSN cleaned out the old brands for some new ones but those new brands have not really caught on. Maybe HSN needs to bring in some fresh brands with bigger personalities.
