Sadly, most call centers nowadays are routed to the Philippines. It used to he mostly India or Mexico based call centers, but now for some reason it’s the Philipines.
Despite what customer service posted, it’s *HIGHLY* doubtful that they will ceasevyhis practice. It’s about the money, afterall! -
Can someone address this?
Your ordering/warehouse fulfullment process is not working well, and even though it is free to return items, I’ve had to soend time and gas, duribg the holliday busy season, to return items I received as an error on HSN’s part. This is extremely unacceptable. -
I also have a question:
I have another order (Order ID#) that has been shipped, but not delivered as of yet. It seems to be taking the “scenic” route via USPS. I realize this is not HSN’s fault.
I wanted to ask, if for some reason this item doesn’t get delivered to me in a timely manner, or gets mis-delivered, what recourse do I have? I just want to make sure I’m made @whole”, since this whole ordering experience, repeatedly receiving the wring item, etc. has been a negative experience.

Update:
I ended up ordering 2 of the pink sapphire rings, to ensure I receive the correct color. Again, disappointed in HSN. I hope to receive the correct merchandise, in a decent timeframe.

Hello,
I spoke to a nice custoner seevice rep, and I ended up cancelling my order. I am VERY disappointed in HSN, as I was told that this ring would be reserved for me in the correct size & color, pending the exchange. This was handled poorly. -
Also, if indeed that color & size of ring is determined not to he reserved for me, I was already billed 1x Flexpay for it…so then would I be refunded the flex payment & no further charges will be billed for that item that was returned?
*** Again, I really would like to request a supervisor to verify if the correct ring has been reserved. I have been hearing mixed answers, which is unacceptable***

– Under the “In Process” part of the exchange order, and when I called to say I was going to initiate an exchange, I was assured the size 9 in the Pink Sapphire was reserved for me. (it was still available).
It also states under that order (Order ID 2061212648) that the correct size & color is in process, so I am confused as to why I may not receive the correct item?
If this can be escalated to a moderator who is a supervisor, to inquire if the size 9 in Pink sapphire is reserved, I’d appreciate it. This error was NOT my fault, and upon calling to initiate the rxchange I was told that the correct item wpuld be reserved.

Hello, thank you kindly for the reply. I understand mix ups happen, and yes I have sent back the incorrect color for the correct one, as an exchange. I dealt with a nice customer service agent in regards to that.
I may reach out again, just to double check on the status of the exchange. In the meantime, I am much obliged for your help and I hope you have a good holiday! -

Thank you for the info. Unfortunately, one of the colors of sapphire ring arrived in the wrong color (yellow, instead of pink). I had to return one , for an exchange.
