FLIP OUT is impossible to play! Very sad to quit and take your tickets before the screen freezes then no points !!! Well don’t have to worry it’s stuck won’t load frozen. Maybe that’s a GOOD THING! Either fix it or remove the game……ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !!!

Never received verification email or my prize. Contacted customer service (3) times and also prize fulfillment (8) times. I received same answers as you except customer service said arcade is handled by a third party. STILL NOTHING HEARD OR RECEIVED.
