You’re not the only one. This is a clear misrepresentation of the data. This has been happening more and more with HSN and their beauty products over the last 3-4 years (ok, not just beauty, but also with clothing and jewelry). I’m baffled as to how HSN (and QVC) gets away with it.

I do agree that what each person does with their body is their choice, no argument there. My issue is there are ethical exceptions to someone making statements about beauty products they are selling and claiming those products are responsible for their youthful appearance. That is misleading and unethical (Dimitri is not that only person at HSN/QVC that has done or is doing this). At least when Joan Rivers had her surgeries, she was open about it and even included it her comedy routines (mad respect for JR!). All of that being said, I stopped buying beauty products from HSN 2-3 years ago and quit QVC completely MANY years ago. I simply do not trust any beauty statements from any of them.

No, that is not normal for her items. That sounds like a return that was not repacked properly. That’s happened to me before.

I would be shocked if anyone from HSN responded to any questions posted here. I can’t remember the last time I saw them pay attention to these chats.
Anyway, it is disturbing that Jennifer is just gone with no explanation. I love my older CC pieces, but I will not buy them now. My trust in HSN and many of their vendor partners has decreased greatly over the last few years and these issues don’t help.

Wow, chill out. That’s hardly “swearing” by any rational being’s standards. She does not need to reprimanded for something the majority of people say on a regular basis.
Maybe focus on getting mad about real world issues and let go of things that don’t matter.

REMOVE THIS POST! Temu is a known dangerous website for information security!
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM TEMU!
The security issues are well documented, do simple web searches to educate yourself!

Please do NOT promote Temu EVER. I work in information security and Temu is an incredibly dangerous website. Do a simple web search “temu banned” and read the multiple public articles.
Saving a few dollars is NOT worth the risk of having your information and devices compromised.

All coupons have disclosures stating they cannot be used for certain items, including the TS. The guest and host did clearly say the coupon does not apply to the TS. Yes, her timing was bad, but she did say it does not apply to the TS.

At this point all tanzanite has value. This is a minimum AA grade, A grade is almost white. Colleen did say this is AAA, but I doubt it. Most of the tanzanite HSN sells is AA, they don’t usually sell less than that.

Rather than complain, why not just change the channel? There are many vendors I don’t care for on HSN, so I just don’t watch them, it’s easy. Beekman 1802 is a great company with a great story and a lot of followers; but if you don’t like their products, that’s fine, don’t watch.

AGREED!!!
You beat me to the post, I will also post with details as to why.
For anyone reading this thread, JOYCE2 is right! There’s a reason HSN doesn’t give you the diamond count for the earrings, ring, and pendant; because they’re LESS THAN 1/2 a POINT per diamond. This means they’re likely only single cut due to the super tiny size!
These earrings, especially the black, should be less than half the price HSN is charging!

I’m glad they’re shutting down the main site for everyone’s safety! I thought they had an alternate site in TN that they could broadcast from? I seem to remember them doing that during Irma.

I received mine yesterday. I usually use the Pure, Honeyed Grapefruit, Vanilla Absolute, or Fresh Air. I wanted to try something new so I ordered both scents; but I’m not overwhelmingly happy with either. I will use what I opened and give the rest as gifts. I was so hopeful for the Mandarin Thyme, but it was more thyme with very little manadarin so that was disappointing.

Information security is my job. If you want to be ignorant of facts, that’s on you, but you should NOT be promoting something potentially dangerous. Again, the security issues are well documented.
Also, using super bowl commercials as your argument, really? That negates a valid argument.

It’s so funny you mention shoplc, their parent company is the manufacturer for some of the jewelry sold here and on those other tv sites.
