Ok, I totally agree. I just cannot stand the hosts any longer. I still purchase from HSN and QVC (from my app) but not nearly as much as I did. Plus I find their quality becoming more and more inferior. This company should not be upset with people returning the items. There does not seem to be any quality control and if you don’t want so many returns happening, stop announcing it on TV every 5 minutes and putting it on your website. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’m saving a of a lot of money. No complaint here.

Oh my! Funny you mentioned that. I just got off a chat with HSN asking why a EZ label was not provided. I got an answer stating some partners do not use the ez label. What??? I’ve been shopping with HSN for almost 30 years and this never happened to me before. If this is going to become an issue, I think when you order an item that does not provide an ez label, you should be notified either on the air or when it’s ordered. It’s quite an inconvenience and it’s not like the EZ lablel is free! We pay for it. What a mess these companies are now.

Sorry but that is much too restrictive. Purchase between these days, those hours. No. As I said check out other online shops. Much better service as far as shipping costs go.. and I truly feel we are overpaying for items which certainly are not up to the old standards of QVC HSN. I miss the wonderful designs of Simonton, Randolph, Louis del’Olio, Dennis Basso’s old collections and I lived for Joan Rivers. I have not purchased one item from “her” collection since we lost her. Everything is cheap and expensive. Covid really opened my eyes in more ways than I ever expected.

When was the last time Susan Graver presented anything new? All the same, liquid, net, and nothing new or different. I’ve gone on different websites and gotten much better quality and a much better price. Susan Graver has a lot of nerve to charge those prices for in my mind. Anyway junk.It
