No to all of you’ your all wrong. I’ve been going through the same for years with HSN. I type in my last name in all capital letters with the last four of my phone numbers as HSN told me to do and the same thing. It’s HSN IT department. there probably using robots. I had told HSN over and over that they to redo there IT department, put humans back in.

I have to agree weis skin products were junk. her labels on her jars weren’t manufactured on the jars, they were put on with a ink label stamper. It came off very easily and I had no way of knowing one jar to the other.

maybe not. I cut way back on buying from HSN. I’m on to them now on overcharge on my flex pays. HSN refunded me on Curtis stone citrus oils $49.95 on 2 then rebuild them on my billing statement I just paid this month. there such a fraud and a rip off. I’m done.

now your getting smarter. I been using CeraVe face cleanser and the jar of cream for three years now by my dermatologist and that’s all I use on my face. I also love my Estee lauder which I’ve been using half of my life. I also use Clinique. I never buy any of HSN face products from Dimitri or anyone because they always say it’s for all skin types but never say if it’s for all skin condition! skin type and skin condition aren’t the same. the two are different. skin type is light medium, deep, fair, condition is, dermatologist!! and his products, none are tested by dermatologist. be smart” save your money, and buy at home. I buy Estee lauder and Clinique in Macy’s with my Macy’s card not on HSN.

I don’t like chef shahir for this reason. he doesn’t do a complete presentation. he doesn’t show the item inside, he also didn’t anounce how long to leave the bowl in the freezer. he didn’t show the inside of the bowl or the lid. I can’t find the recipes either. HSN needs another chef who’s much much older with a lifetime experience in culinary chef cooking .

hsn use to tell us about the danger of ptefe and ptof. when tod English was on HSN with he’s green pan, HSN had a chart that was about the chemicals in his cookware was ptefe which is dangerous to pet birds if you have pet birds the fumes they set off can kill your pet birds. hsn hasn’t talked about that even with Curtis stone cookware since then.
