I have been saying this for a while. I cannot even leave a review. Now on your order status, it does not show items returned which is hard to figure out your orders. I thought it was because of my hp laptop having S mode. Not the case. Bring back all the information that was on order status and reviews please!

I purchased his 5 QT pressure cooker years ago and it is so easy that I wish he would bring it back. Everyone that sees it wants to throw their complicated appliances away and go for the pretty much one button appliance. I need another one so when I have company…two small ones that are also easier to store.

Does not have anything to do with resetting password. I can exchange, return, order again …everything else but leave or read a review. There haven’t been any reviews on new items that I can find and I rely on them often. It just causes more returns.

I agree! I have several purple packets I share with someone else. Not good when you don’t know what you’re taking. Please bring the labeling back!
