About 7 years ago I returned a pair of $1200 earrings via USPS. Three weeks later they still had not arrived at HSN for credit. Luckily I had a receipt from the post office that allowed me to prove to HSN that I tried to return them within the 30 day window. It also confirmed what I already expected…the earrings never left the neighborhood post office where I dropped them off. Without a receipt I could not have proved that I dropped them off at this particular post office for return or that I even returned them at all. It was still a huge pain to deal with this but it could have been much worse. So I always get a receipt no matter how grumpy the USPS agent might be.

I ordered all 4 of the TS. Anxiously awaiting their arrival. Hope you ordered one or more!

May I suggest that you post your request for a mailing label on the Customer Service forum. It will likely be read there.

So I’ve been buying Heidi pieces since she first showed her works of art on HSN fifteen years ago. I store them on shelves in a large walk in closet. Picture seeing the first blue replacement boxes mixed in with the beautiful black/gold boxes. Now we have the gray boxes. Needless to say what was once a beautiful closet looks like a mess. I’ve decided to remove the blue and the gray boxes from the mix and store them separately. The same goes for my Rarities…
While I appreciate getting flex pays I’d rather have the original Heidi boxes so I am buying more and more from Heidi’s website. That’s how strongly I feel about the box issue. Don’t get me started on gift giving the ugly boxes…the only solution is to switch the gift to one of my Heidi boxes for presentation. Not making me happy.

I ordered a necklace on the 10th and finally had it in my hands yesterday. Way too long. I think they want us to pay for expedited shipping.

The current boxes are even more atrocious than the blue boxes that preceded them. Lately, I’ve been ordering more jewelry directly from Heidi Daus. I know I miss out on the flex pays but I receive Heidi’s beautiful black/gold boxes that I used to receive here.

And this is why I don’t have an HSN account…

Please let me know where I can find a Stella McCartney top for $80….PLEASE!

And it was unfortunate for her that her line debuted after a few days of Heidi’s incredible designs. Even if I loved something from Vanessa’s line I would not have purchased it. I was budgeted and shopped out.

While I agree with your clothing assessment I must disagree with your jewelry remark. Heidi Daus has very, very high end gorgeous one of a kind pieces and Carol Brodie is always on trend with her unique, stunning collections! I no longer watch HSN except to see Heidi and Carol’s presentations. I always order online.

Sheba, prayers for your sister, you and your family. Will be thinking of you. What a great idea for this thread.
