I am going through the same thing and was told a vendor didn’t verify my order one day then the next was told I didn’t qualify for flex pay yet my money is on “hold” and can take anywhere from 1-30 days to be released!! This is total BS they take the money automatically but can’t refund it once they deny you. What they need to do is have a prequalified steps to see if anyone qualifies for their payment plans prior to taking out money!! I’d like my money back ASAP after being told I’d have it no later than today but here I sit in the negative cause these people don’t wanna let the hold off my account

I’m on day 3 of waiting for mine to be released to me, this has been a major pain in the ! Companies like this know that nobody with the financial means would ever need to finance anything, there should be prequalified measures taken before funds are removed. This gives false sense of hope. I’m glad your issues was resolved I can only hope I see movement Monday
