Is it 30 Days from the order date or is it 30 Days from the delivery date?

The woman who slapped me on the face with the 5 dollars said it is 30 days from the date of purchase.

In the past, I had heard from the CSRs that the 30 days starts when the product arrives at your home.

Zullilly is no longer in partnership with QVC.

I wonder when HSN gets out of its partnership with QVC?

It was 34 days from the date of order, but it was NOT 30 days from when I received the package.

Since it was free shipping, it took forever to receive 2 of 3 three packages.

I hate the Customer Service section on this board because they never answer questions or help. They only respond if they want to respond, which is occasional.

I remember when I received daily packages from HSN. Yes, sometimes on Sundays as well.

I have not been buying that much from HSN and looks like I need to practice not buying from HSN. The only vendor they still have is Anthony whom I recognize and love.

When I made my complaint, I asked that it be forwarded to management. The CSR said she would forward the complaint to management. I asked when would I receive a call from a manager. She said that I would not be getting a call. That shows me how much they care.

I do expect the cost to drop by not that drastic and not that soon. I have seen the price of the TS increase and last many, many months afterward at the same increased price.

Hurry, hurry, you don’t want to wait till it’s cold. It is supposed to be a very cold winter. You don’t want to wait because you may not find any heaters!

I am so tired of their garbage.
