I will definitely miss Helen. She has a very pleasant personality. I have never felt forced in to panic buying mode. And I don’t feel that she is lying to me to make a sale!

I was a fan of Orchid Gel. I bought it on HSN.

HSN nor Skinn no longer have Orchid Gel in inventory. The product disappeared without notice.

Orchid Gel was unbeatable.

I wrote to Skinn, and I never received a response. I call this poor customer service.

I miss orchid gel. HSN no longer has it nor does Skinn!

I bought a sherpa hoodie this morning. I haven wanting this hoodie for a long time. I only bought it because shipping was free. I just looked. It does not give a breakdown. I either got 4 or 5 payments. It automatically did it. I will go back and look once it processes..

Sometimes the Q has sales or promos for just a few hours. For example, I saw a purse I wanted on sale 40 dollars less via email. Later that afternoon, it increased in price by the 40 bucks. I asked the chat agent why? She said sometimes sales and offers are only for a few hours. She asked me when did I receive the email showing the purse 40 bucks less? I told her the time. She honored the sale offer.

You may consider speaking to a chat agent?

I bought these shoes in new condition because I bought them before, “As Is” was created. Since shoe Boxes come with a rubber band, you would think they would open the box and look to see what is inside. When I saw how disgusting they looked, I felt sick.

I also received a purse with an ink pen from a credit union inside a side pocket. Since it is a purse that appeared to be in good condition, I kept it.

I have received a pair of used shoes from HSN.

The shoes were very used. The bottom inside had the shape of a black foot on both insides of the shoes.

There were no apologies or explanations from HSN.

Yes, I do not know if it will come back. I missed the show the last time they had WEI on it. I just do not buy that much from HSN like I used to in the past.

I used to drive the post office crazy. The postmaster requested that I stop buying from HSN. lol
