Hi bobzi, I had the same issue with his pans. Purchased the gold they definitely buckle while in the oven and my chicken stuck to the pan. My pan too is now discolored…thought it was because of the seasoning I used on the chicken. I still like his products but I think they over sell the performance. Don’t say you can use metal utensils if you can’t. Advise the customer that the non-stick works best when on low heat. I think most people would appreciate the transparency.

Hi Georgiagal, no I haven’t had any technical errors. My problem is a cosmetic one…not being able to change the band. Maybe you got a dud…definitely send it back. If you decide to re-order, I think you’ll be really happy with function. I’m looking forward to the upgraded model coming out.

“Guns don’t kill people, people do” is a lazy saying for people who’d rather do nothing about our current situation. You can’t divorce the gun from the person. The autopsy report won’t say, died due to people wounds. We are the most violent country in the WORLD and we have more guns than any nation on earth. Jackiebouvier, I agree. I refuse to buy anymore of her black jeans. Honest to God, I bought a pair last summer and made the mistake of washing them with my other darks and my entire load reaked of this chemical smell. The jeans still smell after several washes…I don’t wear them. After all I went through I purchased a pair of her Black crop’s and had the same exact experience. They literally made my legs burn. Too late for me to return . The smell is a consistent complaint so I wonder why she keeps on cranking out these toxic smelling jeans? Diane makes a boat load of money. I wish she would do better in regard to these chemicals. But as long as folks keep buying I guess there is no incentive to change.

Babbs1966, people are not being insensitive to her battle with Cancer so why are you making it about that? Are you saying anyone who has had to fight any major illness should be exempt from having to be courteous and considerate to others? How ridiculous.

This has been one of my biggest beefs with HSN, the lack of transparency. I remember them selling items that they knew were on back order but would never say that during the presentation. You would only find out when you went to purchase online and it would come back, “on extended delivery.” It would be indeed nice if they’d put something out in regard to Iman.
