The problems are pretty serious, when you can’t complete the $250 shopping card and games that require the “now defunct” Adobe Flash Player. And when you see people winning those games over and over again, that raises suspicions on my part.

The message I get is Congratulations! You have won!….Yet I never got a prize. IMHO, it will never get corrected. I have noticed the problem for and complained about it several times for 3 months.

They probably won’t do anything, just load new games that do not require it. Remember, Flash Players are “security-risks”. Note: Be sure you have: 1. A secure Wi-Fi modem; which is password-protected. 3. A secure Internet Browser. and 4. Change your webpage passwords every 30 days; or less if you know that hackers are trying to gain access to your computer.

Just go to your “Control Panel” in Windows, the program is there. Look for Adobe Flash Player, left click on it, then left click uninstall, follow each window prompt to completion.

The Arcade is “Clickbait”. They don’t care about you as an individual. HSN/QVC uses them to tempt you to shop on their website. The chance of you winning any prizes are slim to none.
For three reasons I can think of: Arkadium staff techs hacks the rewards store. 2. Arkadium tech staff wins the majority of the prizes. 3. Arkadium staff do not manage the functionality of their games; games not loading, games stopping in the middle, and putting games on here that they like to play.

The arcade went down hill when QVC took over. They are basically “Party Poopers”.

My issue is not with the games so much as the miniscule selection of gifts in the Rewards Store.

Before QVC took over, the Rewards Store had 4 pages of gifts to choose from. Now there is only 1 page .

BTW, when the arcade ceases to exist, QVC/HSN will take your remaining tickets and sell them to what they call “a charity”; which is really not a charity. They get a certain amount of money for every ticket you have left in your account. When they ask you if you would like to donate your tickets to charity, this is what they do with your tickets.

IMHO, the games are rigged. The major problem is, the new owners could care less about this marketing tool. Yes, the games are a marketing tool. They are created to keep their products in front of your eyes, in hopes that you will be tempted to purchase their expensive products.

The winners you see are more than likely employees of Arkadium. They could even be “bots”…

HSN has new owners. The odds of a real person winning the prizes are slim to none. And since the new owners took away 2 pages of prizes, the odds are stacked against a human player.

But if you like playing the games for the fun of playing games. I do not see anything wrong with that. The problem is, when the new owners decide to get rid of the arcade altogether, all of your tickets will be donated to a charity, as $$ value donation, you will never see them again.

The Arcade Games are bait for HSN to get shopping traffic to their sites.. It is a global online retailer. It is perfectly legal for them to do it. The problem is the bait turns into being a lottery. A game of chance. Normally a “lucky” person will win from time to time as with any games of chance. The illegal part of this equation is: 1. Computer bots and seasoned hackers playing against humans. If you see a player with millions of points in games on a daily basis,, 10 times out of 10 they are bots/hackers. This makes them guaranteed winners of prizes. 2. Rogue Company employees. Arcadium, HSN, & QVC rogue employees can manipulate the games in their favor. If you win at all as a human, you are very lucky. IMHO opinion, if you just enjoy playing arcade games for fun, then all these games can be played anywhere on the internet, but if you want to win prizes these days this is one of the places, but the odds are tremendously against you here.

Sometimes your points will show “0” after playing a game. Don’t know why. But if you will click on your profile user name, it will take you to a page where you can check your reward history.
Go down the list and select “Reward History” and it will take you to the page which shows your points/tickets.

IMHO, One of the reasons is, they want you to donate your tickets to their charities. They figure if you don’t have as many prizes to choose from, you can’t use most of your tickets. I play anyway because it still gives me a chance to win gifts for birthdays. Sometimes I get lucky!!

Remember too that some people can’t even play that game anymore, because Adobe Flash Player is no longer available to us. Notice another thing about the Jigsaw winners? “chicken55” wins 99% of the time. Notice another thing about all “rewards store” winners? “any user id with “mom” in it also wins 99% of the time. I have been on here since 2015 and I see discrepancies and fishiness all the time. And BTW HSN is controlled by there parent company now “QVC”. It never was a good online channel. Their prices are exorbitant. The arcade people win 99% of the prizes.
