It’s an IPad Pro, 6th generation running 17.6.1. I don’t see anywhere to confirm, my only option is to click the ‘learn more’ link which then blanks the area where the bot message was (the video area). In playing around further when it went to the blank screen I click the browsers back button and it started playing the video. Not sure if that was a fluke. Something not right in Safari.

I’ve forever sworn off Rarities, due to stones falling out on multiple pieces and poor workmanship (costing me a lot to have fixed). At her price points and considering it’s plated, we deserve much better.

Or, you could just click ‘my account’ and select favorites.

She does have pretty designs. I’ve given up purchasing her products as I’ve had at least 3 of her pieces shedding set stones. At her price points she should have better settings or better QC. I like her styles but I’m over the quality issues.

About 3 weeks ago I was at the Bardmoor outlet and mentioned to an employee that we were going to head to the New Port one next and she told me that it was closed as they had some kind (I think electrical) fire and as a result, it’s closed. We ended up not making the drive over based on that. I looked at the outlet link on here, didn’t say a word about it. Sounds like it was true but HSN should really communicate something as I would have been super annoyed to make that drive to find it closed.
So I just called them direct and hit 2 for the hours, after announcing the hours it said they are temporarily closed until til “mid-June”. They should really update the page here to let people know! -
Red color of what?

Hsn should remove all the games as they cause nothing but complaints. I’m sure they would be better focused on other things as a business. No where is it written an obligation for a shopping network to provide games, you don’t find them on the other home shopping sites.

Perhaps pick up a phone and call them?
Posts like these make me very thankful I don’t work in customer service. 🙄 To the moderators, I offer my sympathy. -
I’ve done some research, this is actually a YouTube issue, it’s unfortunate because HSN relies heavily on YouTube videos for their videos. I believe it has to do with YouTube blocking certain IP address ranges recently. Can’t include links here so all I can say is if curious google it, it’s hitting other companies as well. Still poses a challenge for customers to buy products without seeing a video of them, but it’ll probably take YouTube correcting their issue as that’s more likely than HSN moving their videos elsewhere.

I visited the qvc & Bardmoor outlet yesterday. I heard they hope to open New Port Richey next Tuesday. (But I’d call ahead to be sure.)

Thank you for the update! I & some friends are heading down that way next Tuesday and would normally visit there, so an update on its re-opening would be handy! Appreciate you following up. 👍
(Now, if you could just suggest to the ‘powers that be’ to reopen the changing rooms at your outlets, that’d be fantastic… Hard to guess sizing and it’s a lonnng drive to return! 😄) -
That makes sense. Vendors don’t want constraints on their shipping method. 👍

All that does is redirects back to HSN when you try to add to cart. They stopped their clothing line to pivot to making masks, etc. As far as I’ve seen it doesn’t appear they are returning to clothing sadly.

Posting in a public message forum tends to get elicit public comment. Perhaps you should have tried the Customer Service forum if you really wanted their response.
That said, the few times I’ve needed customer service at HSN they have promptly corrected any issue brought to their attention & I appreciate what they have to put up with.
Have a lovely day! 😁

It’s not Sears, they are 3rd party resellers thru Sears. Looks like old inventory, I recognize many items from their time on HSN. Plus you can tell it’s reselling because when you click on an item, they only have a single size or color. Almost feels like pallet sales.
