Yippee, hooray!!!!👍✨🏈🏆 On to Vegas. I did see the end of the game but missed Taylor/Travis on the field. First thing I watched on the computer this morning. Heard she is planning to fly from Japan for the game. Hope all works out for them.💕

Chilly here today, feeling about the same. Didn’t sleep well last night so early to bed tonight.😴 So sick of tea and soup☕🥣. Need to find something not heavy I can keep down.

Not feeling well🤒 so can’t guarantee that I won’t be asleep when it’s over. Yes, this Community section is still messed up. Like Pookie said, first signed in with the old password which took me back to Community but it still shows sign in. Tried again with new password and seemed to work. If I changed the password, why is the old one still coming up? Guess this may be hit or miss for a while.😏😣😝

Hockey team is doing lousy. I was supposed to go to the game tonight but haven’t felt good for a couple days so my husband is taking his friend. Best place for me is on the couch with a blanket.😌 Making some soup for dinner. Mom and sis are fine, starting to get things together for their trip.

Weather was cold a week or so ago but today it is in the 60s. Dropping some over the weekend but not brutally cold.🥶 Stay warm, sending hugs to you and Poppy.🤗💖

Hi in Oz, my day sounds like yours, busy all day cleaning up junk. Don’t feel better, don’t feel worse.😕 My nose is dripping like Niagara Falls😤 and sneezing like a banshee.🤧 We shall see tomorrow.

You are correct, my husband has had covid three times. The first time was the worst. It was before the vaccines were out and before home/pharmacy tests were available. He had to go to a hospital for a test. He was very sick and ended up with the infusion. I probably had it also at that time but didn’t go for a test since I only felt like I had a cold for about two days and did not get sick like him. The other two times I tested negative. Maybe I’m immune by now. He belongs to three different gyms so go figure. Hope your house is getting back to normal.🤞

Hi in Oz, hope your snow and wind has stopped. My leg is better today but who knows? One day at a time and trying not to move quickly. I think I may be getting a cold in time for the frigid weather.🤧🥶

Just realized I won’t get to see your game on Saturday since I don’t have Peacock so I will have to check what’s happening online. You know I will be rooting for the Chiefs.😄👍

Sorry you are dealing with covid, sounds like all in the family. My husband was coughing yesterday so I tested him and he was negative. I woke up with a drippy nose and slight sore throat so I hope it’s just a cold. If worse tomorrow, I will test me. So many things going around you don’t know what you have anymore. Relax and get better.

Good afternoon in snowy Oz.🥶 Woke up to a layer of snow, then a mix and now rain. Hubs left early for an appointment and shoveled the driveway. By the time I left, about an hour later, it was covered again and I slid in and out of the mulch along the driveway. What a mess. We may have a bit more tomorrow morning but not as much as you are getting. But it will be cold by the weekend, highs in the 20’s, so I will be watching the pipes like you. Been there, done that with the tree limbs falling from snow and wind and power outages. Also watched whole trees fall from my kitchen window.😲 Wishing you and the family a safe evening.

Pulled a muscle in my leg, don’t ask me how. One minute it was fine, the next not. Wasn’t doing anything strenuous.😣 Guess I have to start blaming old age. Sending hugs and, hopefully, sunshine your way soon.🤗💖🌞 Don’t lose Mr. P.!!!

Good Club Sheba last night!👍✨ They all looked nice but no one really wowed me. I may have missed some here and there. You do have a great memory, almost right – Glen Close at the Oscars – gawjus!! That was the 40lb. gold dress she wore.

Feel about the same today, going to try and eat a little more. Have to go out tomorrow morning so I hope I don’t feel worse and it will be very windy and rainy.🌧 May get more snow Wednesday.

Good afternoon, it has been snowing here since about noon.❄ Not sure how much we’ll get but the bulk of the storm is east of us. A good day to stay inside and relax.

Made some vegetable soup for dinner.🍅🧅🥕🥦 Add a baguette and it will feel like comfort food.

Sorry about the results at yesterday’s appointment. Maybe I’m reading things wrong but you wrote the doctor said his knee was beyond repair. My question is why can’t it be replaced? I’m definitely no expert in knees but my husband had one replaced and many friends have also. In fact, one friend had both replaced at the same time. It is now considered a very common operation. All people go through PT after a replacement to get a good bend and to strengthen the knee and muscles. Everyone I know who has had it done made the same comment – why did I wait so long? And all had good results. Just a thought.
