Mom and I had our typical Friday. She was pretty tired so we didn’t do anything extra.

We may hit 80 today, cloudy with rain coming in tonight, tomorrow and for a few days.⛈ Making sandwiches and salads for dinner.🥪🥗

Not sure yet what we will do for mom’s BD. Need to talk to sis when she gets back next week. I know we will go out for a nice dinner. We do that for everyone’s BD.

Happy Tuesday afternoon (Moody Blues) to you. I did not feel well yesterday, something did not agree with my stomach.😣 Maybe something I ate? Feel a little better today so I think I’ll have some eggs and toast for dinner, nothing heavy.🍳🍞

Sunny but cool and windy. In the 50’s and should be in the 70’s over the weekend. Any news on T & T? They have done a good job hiding out lately.

Hubs went to mom’s today to help her with a few things since I am not 100%. She has really become dependent on sis over the last year. I changed her alarm clock last Friday and she just noticed it yesterday.😄 Have to think of something for her 95th next month.

Just finished putting a meatloaf in the oven. Takes care of dinner for a few days. Mom is doing okay. She said it’s too quiet without sis there. She’ll be back the first week in April

Hi in Oz. I hope you had a good day or as good as can be.😊 I shuffled my way around the house, hung a couple window toppers and tried not to fall off the step stool ladder. My knees are really hurting from yesterday.☹🦵 Good excuse to do next to nothing.

My Lord, how much can one family take? I am very sorry about the sudden death of your cousin. No words can help, just time.😥 Glad your SIL is stable. She had a lot done during surgery so stable is a good thing.

Congrats on 11 years and being so dedicated.👍 I understand this is like therapy for you but it also takes time and work. I admire you immensely.✨😊✨

I am zapped from mom Friday. All I did today was get in and out of my car – four different times at her house, twice down the street for mail, twice at the hair salon, and twice at two grocery stores. I hope I can get out of bed tomorrow.😮

Good afternoon, my friend. Nice day here, tomorrow we may hit 80 and by the weekend it will be 50. Sounds just like Oz.

Hubs just left with his friend for the hockey game.🏒 I went to one game this year. We have expensive tickets and to me it wasn’t worth the price by the way they are playing. Also, it’s a lot of walking for my knees.🦵 I am happy on my couch and if it’s a bad game, I can get rid of it.😣

Do you know if your SIL is having Whipple surgery? That was the original plan for my friend but things changed. I have been praying and will be thinking of her all day tomorrow – God bless her.🙏💗

Stopped to see a friend in the hospital this morning. When I got home hubs handed me his phone about a problem he was having, ugh! I guess he thinks I’m Mrs. Samsung Galaxy 2025.🙄 I gave him the phone and the phone number for CS, the end.

Good afternoon in cold Oz. All our storm and tornado warnings are over and the sun is out. Thankfully we did not lose power and all trees are still standing (for now.)🌳🌲 It is still quite windy. This week will be back and forth, one day chilly, one day nice.

Making salads🥗 for dinner since I wasn’t sure about the power staying on. Watching the golf tournament with hubs but they are delayed because of storms also.

Glad to hear your family made it back safely from vacation. I will start the prayers today for your SIL this week.🙏🤞 I sure know what she is going through because of my friend.

Took mom to the church fish fry for dinner. Even they are getting expensive. I feel bad because the church keeps any profits and I have a feeling not as many people will be attending. Oh well, not my problem.

We were close to 80 today.🔥 Hubs was already at the driving range.🏌️‍♂️ Our temps are so mixed up and I hope its not 40 in July.

I got a good laugh when I read your post.😂 “Try not to do too much” – I haven’t stopped running all week. Tuesday I was at mom’s. Yesterday all I did was move/rearrange furniture between my house and mom’s. I was dead tired.😩 This morning I was at the hospital at 7:00 for blood work and a doctor’s appointment. Went grocery shopping after that, tomorrow all day at mom’s running her around. I am taking the weekend off, call someone else if there’s an emergency!😲 Thank goodness the weather has been beautiful, lots of rain coming in for the weekend.⛈

I will never make it up for the eclipse so if you are, I hope you enjoy it.🌕🌗🌑 Sending lunar hugs to you and Poppy.🤗💖

We hit 72 today, warmest day of the year. Hubs put the screen in the kitchen window and had the deck door open all afternoon. Hope whatever flew or crawled in doesn’t get me tonight, lol!🦟🐝 Saw my resident groundhog for the first time this year.

Spent the afternoon at mom’s. Got rid of her Christmas poinsettias and helped her with writing checks. Her hand isn’t real steady due to arthritis. Talked to sis and she is getting a lot done at home that needs done.

How is your SIL doing? Is she still scheduled for surgery this month?🙏💗
