Crazy weather day, one minute the sun is out and the next it is raining. Some severe storms all around us.⛈ I did try to see the northern lights last night but too many high trees. Someone in our township posted some pics and they were beautiful. I’ll try staying up later tonight in hopes to see it.

I am really going to try to plant tomorrow. Last couple days too much rain, great for the flowers but not for the planter. I don’t need to grow anymore!😂

We are around 60 also today but it is cloudy with spotty rain. I 100% agree with you, I’ll take it with a little more sun.🌞 When it’s 90 in the summer, we will be wishing for today.

Ran around all morning doing errands.🏃‍♀️ Feet are tired so will try to relax a little this evening. Going to mom’s tomorrow. We’ll be celebrating Mother’s Day next week with a nice lunch, don’t want to fight the crowds this weekend.

Good afternoon to you. We had your bad storms last night, confirmed tornadoes and watches all around.⛈🌪 Most were south and west of me so all is okay in my backyard. Nice day today, more storms tomorrow and getting cooler.

I will probably plant flowers tomorrow or Saturday depending on weather.🌻🌺🌼 That should be it if nothing dies. Deer already attacked some hostas.🦌

Set two more places for dinner, we’ll be there and I’ll bring wine.🥩🍷 Your meal sounds way better than what I’m making. Then we can walk off some calories with Poppy.🐶 Love and hugs.🤗💖

Good afternoon to the ragin’ cagin’ raccoon lady!😲 Poppy must have said “may the force be with you” and mama went to war.⚔ I saw my two groundhogs today running across the yard so Wilma and Wally are out of the hole for the season.

Cloudy but comfortable day. Did some running around this morning and just finished baking a cake to use up some icing.🍰 Going to try to catch some of the Met Gala in between hockey and Master Chef. I am a regular cook, not a gourmet chef, and can’t believe those young kids use ingredients I can’t even pronounce. They are amazing!👨‍👧

Just finished watching the Kentucky Derby – what a race, won by a nose!🏇 Horses are such lovely animals.🐴

What a difference a day makes. Hit 86 yesterday and today cloudy, rainy and 60.🌧 Tomorrow should be warmer with scattered rain. Too bad I didn’t buy stock in umbrellas this year.☂ Stayed in and did chores.

Good afternoon to you. Hot today🔥, right now 86, heavy rain tonight and all through the weekend. About a 50% chance everyday next week.⛈ We had more than enough in April.

Did some errands early and spent a couple hours at mom’s. Picked up dinner on the way home so no cooking today, yay!😊 Don’t think I’ll be planting flowers until sometime next week between all the raindrops. No big plans this weekend so will do odds and ends inside and take it easy.

Very nice dinner with mom yesterday. As usual, too much food. Mom surprised me, she normally gets cheesecake for dessert but decided on a pecan ball. It was as big as a basketball so we all shared it.🏀😲 Took the strawberry cheesecake home.🍰 I sent a quiet toast to your dad in heaven.🙏

It is very warm in the ‘burgh, mid 80’s and tomorrow we may break a record with 88. Too early for this August weather.🔥 We broke a record for rain this April so everywhere is just crazy.

Hi in Oz. Good luck with the weather, we have had so much rain and wind this month.⛈ And lots of flooding. Stay safe and hope you don’t lose electricity.

Went out today and bought three hanging flower baskets and two aloe plants that I have to re-pot for the back deck.🌺🌼🌸 Will do the front next month so all the deer can have a feast. No time to cook dinner so the pizza is ordered.🍕

Good afternoon to you. Fairly nice day, not too hot and not too cold. Sun started to appear this afternoon.🌞

Just received the last order a few minutes ago for my husband’s golf needs.🏌️‍♂️ I have to call the nieces because I can’t find them on the usual schedule so not sure where/when they are golfing. They normally let me know and I haven’t heard.

Going to a nice restaurant on Saturday for mom’s birthday. I hope she can eat more than three bites. It should be a nice time.🎈🎂 Yes, they do have cheesecake, just not sure what kind,🍰
