Good afternoon to you. Overcast this morning, sunny in the afternoon but still a bit humid.

Hubs golf trip went well.🏌️‍♂️ Won some money and no rain. Took some pictures with the family, my nephew needs to get the shotgun ready since the girls are real beauties. Time flies by when you don’t get to see them often.😮

Hi, you must have ESP. One of the things my husband brought home that was not on my list was ribs for dinner! They were okay and made some mashed potatoes. The best ribs I have ever had north, south, east or west is a place called Clem’s about an hour from my home. Baby back, very small bones, fall apart and don’t even need a knife. Their sauce is thick and not greasy. I don’t eat ribs often but compare everyone’s to these.

I am not aware of any Sam’s Clubs closing in western PA. I have been going to the same one for 25+ years.

We do lead the same lives. I didn’t go but my husband was at Sam’s today with my list, lol! As always, he came home with 4 or 5 things not on the list. He did not have a hot dog but did get a blueberry sundae.🍨

Not much happening today which is a good thing. I think I’ll have one of my vodka iced teas tonight while watching TV. Hang in there, big hugs to you, hubs and Poppy.🤗💖

Another warm one, next week looks beautiful with highs in the 70s.😊 I’ll be able to sit out on the deck for more than five minutes. We need some rain also, maybe a shower tomorrow morning.🌧 Haven’t had the grass cut for over two weeks. Hope your bad storms are gone.

It’s actually a better day here than yesterday. Temps in the 80s and low humidity but that will pick up during the week.

Doing this and that like you.🙄 Some day I will assign tasks to “this” and others to “that” LOL! My neighbor gave me some tomatoes from his garden so we will have salads today.🥗🍅 The drink looks very good, I will have it this evening.🍸 Thanks, bartender!!

I hope your sister and SIL are doing good. I also saw a white butterfly yesterday going back and forth across my deck. Your dad stopped to say hi.🙏

Hi in hot Oz. Hubs just walked in and, of course, said he was tired after four days. I have a roast in the crock pot which will be ready in about 20 minutes.

Yesterday was nice but it was a long day. Then someone got sick so the paramedics were called which made it longer. But all turned out okay.

The ‘burgh is same as Oz, hot and hotter for the next 4-5 days.🔥 At least it is not humid today.

Did some grocery shopping this morning.🛒 Got a huge watermelon, could hardly put it in the cart, hope it’s delish.🍉 That was my arm exercise for the day. Tomorrow I’ll do laundry so who needs weights!

I had a cousin who passed away back in April. Me, mom and sis will be going to a celebration of life for him tomorrow.

Hi on a warm Thursday afternoon. Hubs left for his golf trip this morning so I have 3-1/2 days of doing what I want when I want.😊 He will be back Sunday around dinner time. I’m sure he’ll crash from all the golf, heat and running around.

Went out yesterday for a spare of the moment dinner with friends. I did get home in time to watch T&T on the podcast. I thought it was very entertaining, they are a cute couple.🤗

Going to do this and that the rest of the day. I already stocked me some more lemonade, lol!🍋 Have a glass with me this evening. Hugs and love to you and Poppy.🤗💖

I bet that’s a great book your daughter sent.📕 I love musicals, both Broadway and movies. I used to buy many records/tapes/cds of soundtracks from shows and sing away in the car. Far from the voice you have!😂

Happy Monday to you. We haven’t had rain for 12 days which is unusual. I don’t mind except for the grass turning brown. We had too much in May and June with all the flood warnings.🌧

I had trouble on here yesterday, kept getting the 400 error whenever I put an item number in search.🙄 Sorry, I can’t get into Christmas right now, too many other holidays coming first. Everything is so rushed and turns me off. I guess it’s good for large families.🎄

Good afternoon in stormy Oz. Sunny and warm here.🌞🔥 Made a quick run to the store this morning and being lazy most of the day. Making chicken marsala with rice for dinner.

That lemon water looks so good.🍋 I had an urge for lemonade last week so I bought a 76oz. jug and it is almost all gone. Tasted so good so I will probably get some more. I’ll need it for the hot week ahead.
