Good afternoon in Oz. Taking it easy, did one transfer this morning on the new computer and the rest of the day just my normal stuff. This new one is definitely easier to set up than my old one, which is eight years old. Wonders of technology.😊

Not much else happening. Have to wait until late tomorrow for the Chiefs game.🏈 You know I’ll be watching. Saw some good reviews of the restaurant but super expensive. If I lived close like you, I would definitely go at least once for the experience (and to be nebby)!🤣

Typing from the new laptop, yay!😊 Still have a lot of things to do/set up in the coming weeks but I think I have the basics handled. It’s about all I did for two days with some breaks. Think I’ll rest and relax the brain over the weekend.

Wow, what a day you had yesterday. Did you happen to read your horoscope in the morning to prepare you for all this? I hope they are both doing better today.🙏 Your brother and SIL need a break and the friend sounds too young for all this but thank goodness she made it to the ER. My day was easy compared to all that.

Yesterday I opened the new computer box, took everything out, opened the lid, looked it over and said I’m done!! Ended up not being in the mood to start.😕 Right now, I have both laptops running side by side and doing a little here and there.

Can’t wait to hear your review on the restaurant. I usually try to order something I don’t cook at home. I’m sure the steaks will be wonderful.🥩

I did see a picture of P&B and T&T at the restaurant, I think on Sunday after the game, celebrating his birthday. Of course, they all looked very nice.😊

Good day to you. I also like Kathy Bates but I don’t watch Matlock. I remember the first time I noticed her was in the movie Misery. That was a little crazy.😮 I know I’m getting old because half of the people nominated I never heard of or maybe I just don’t watch enough TV shows.

Thanks for the Fleury post. Glad he will be back to play in a pre-season game to celebrate his retirement. He was much loved in the ‘burgh and holds a number of records. And always a class act.🐧

Warm in the ‘burgh like Oz , getting warmer each day, mid 80s all next week.🔥

Lunch was nice, mainly a BS session and catching up. Every time we get together we say we should do this once a month but that doesn’t happen. It’s usually every few months.😕 If we tried a little harder, that would save me from talking on the phone, which you know I hate. Up to visit mom and sis tomorrow.

Just saw a snippet that the new 1587 restaurant will have four drinks named after Patrick, Travis, Taylor and Brittany.🍷🍸🍹🥃 You’ll have to try them all, LOL! Having lunch with a friend tomorrow so that will be a nice afternoon.

Another beautiful day, no rain, like you will be in the mid 80’s for the weekend. Really enjoying the cool nights and no A/C or fans during the day.

A very uneventful day which is a good thing. Did this and that around the house. I have a cut on the side of my heel so gingerly walking around.😣 A little vodka iced tea later should help, LOL!
