@rbloved add some of the cream to a small bowl, add a couple drops of peppermint oil (either essential oil ir even extract – believe it or not), stir well and see if that puts it to where you like the level of peppermint. I do that with the big tub of Beckman body balm…I have several containers with different scents I customized with that balm. It’s amazing, and thanks to Heather Hall for the tip!

@creekgirl334 you are entitled to your opinion and I’m glad you are enjoying the HSN PA. May i ask how long you’ve been shopping with HSN (and the Q)? I wonder if a lot of the likes and dislikes of HSN PA has to do with how long people have been shopping with the channels.
I quit shopping on the Q completely probably 10 years ago. Don’t miss it at all. I only watch their ITKW shows on Sat and Sun mornings, and even those are old and moldy, and the “illustrious David Venable” is completely off his game and calling it in. -
Where I used to listen more than watch, I now just scan the app to see what’s new, check prices against Amazon, etc, and then go on with my day. Many years ago, HSN was actually entertainment that sold stuff. It was always sales first, but it could be quite entertaining. The hosts and the guests had great rapport, the products were decently priced, flex pay always helped, and shipping was decent – free was awesome. There’s none of that now. Not even with the veteran hosts. Bobbi is trying to make the best of her last two months, but it’s obvious she would rather be in FL. The vendors based in FL are exhausted because of flights and then a packed schedule of hits so they can get as much done as possible before they leave.
I looked at the schedule about a week ago, and there were TWO veteran hosts on – all the rest were new. One veteran was doing the TS and the other was Adam and one of his many end of day shows. I knew it wasn’t gonna be worth my time to even turn on the channel.
It just isn’t working, and that is a real shame.

@gemfx true, but they are still separate companies with one corporation. Qurate is incorporating the worst of QVC’s business practices into HSN. It’s a shame, because the the CS practices, while not perfect (some returns, we see you) were one of the things that made HSN stand out from and ahead of QVC.
QVC has always made it incredibly difficult to return things. They’ve always been so nasty to deal with if you return too much (those “we have dropped you” letters come fast and furious – no matter that the hosts say “return it for another size/color or any other reason within 30 days, no questions asked, easy peasy” yeah….no). Now they are ruining the things that made HSN stand out as superior to the Q. It stinks.

@martinc don’t you be yelling at my girl Chelsea!!!! 😉😁 Seriously though, people have been asking for Wei’s products to return since she left. When Wei decided to bring them back, Chelsea was the natural choice since she has the Asian connection.
I don’t think it matters to the WE fans that the ingredient deck is outdated and bad for the average skincare user. It works for them and now they have it, thanks to Chelsea Scott and HSN (and Wei)!

@martinc no actually it wasn’t Karen. She doesn’t have a podcast. She’s currently on ShopLC presenting David Pollock’s Clinical Results Matrixyl line. I was shocked she wasn’t doing Manuela’s son’s line, but Chuck Clemency was doing that one.

When you have an EDUCATOR and Formulator premiering her well known (on tv shopping) brand, you LET THEM SPEAK. Professionals do that. They don’t get “so excited” they don’t stop talking for half the presentation time. It was unprofessional and ridiculous. Manuela kept trying to speak when Sarah would take a breath, but then Sarah would start again on another long diatribe.
I’m well aware that Sarah was a ShopHQ host and Isomers and SKINN were there before SKINN came back to HSN and Manuela came to HSN when ShopHq folded (I think most of us here are aware). SKINN has actually been on HSN twice before. Once as Parthena way back and once when he first started SKINN.
