Also I am sick of her talking about her SON! Seems like she watched too many QVC HOSTS!

I was told just tonight from a customer service representative that they are no longer issuing return labels. That if defective, you will have to wait for a label from the Vendor of the merchandise! So I asked mine is broken, So I get a mailed out label? She said yes. But if it wasn’t I would had to pay for the return? She said yes, that exactly right. And then she said they are no longer doing exchanges.
So for ME….Goodbye HSN!
