Having an IT background, I’m sure it is setup as an automated process. Whomever enters the questions and answers into a table (database). The program is triggered at a certain time to post from the table to the website. Whomever is responsible for entering the questions, goofed up, Human error I’m sure.

They overtaxed themselves with the first trivia questions. The next 2 could still appear.
