I too have the same problem. HSN has sent me three vouchers all with the same promo number. That number does not work. When we purchased this iPad, we were promised $500 worth of software which we did not get. I am very unhappy. Obviously, HSN is aware of this problem. I wish they would help us!!

Received the new voucher today Aug. 3rd. Unfortunately, the activation card has the same promo code number 45804 as the original that doesn’t work. Time hasn’t changed anything. The promo card still doesn’t work. Now what? I have none of the software that was promised with this purchase. Appears that Nova has dropped the ball and is scamming HSN customers. Please help rectify this situation . Your assistance is most appreciated!! Thank you.
